The Association "Millers of Ukraine" and the magazine "Grain storage and processing" updated the program of the second international conference "Grain Processors Forum: Market & Technologies - 2016". The event takes place in Odessa, Hotel "Black Sea", Shevchenko Park on September 22-23.
The Forum will focus on the prospects for the global trading with grains and its by-products, development of the grain processing industry in Ukraine in terms of the fall of production of major products, trends in the food processing industry (snacks, semi-finished products, baking mixes), modern technologies to develop new products of grain processing, and many other topics.
The list of key speakers of the conference includes: the Adviser to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Vladyslava Rutytska; grain market analyst at APK-Inform Agency, Andrei Kupchenko; Director of the Association "Millers of Ukraine”, Head of Business Projects Division of APK-Inform Agency, Rodion Rybchinskiy; Adviser to the Chairman at Agrarian Fund PJSC, Sergei Sakirkin, etc.
On the first day of the event, there will be held a workshop from the FAO and EBRD on trading with grain by-products on foreign markets, on the second day - a workshop “Technical and technological aspects of grain processing”.
