·   The above prices are only applicable to participants in this Conference.

·   The above prices include 12% VAT.

·   The hotel provides a confirmation number after booking.

·   Accommodation includes:

• buffet breakfast,

• free access to the Wellness Center of the ANJANA SPA Hotel (gym, swimming pool, 3 types of saunas) for all guests;

• free wireless internet in the rooms and common guest areas of the Hotel;

• parking

·   Official check-in time: 2 p.m.; official check-out time: 12 a.m. the next day.

·   Guaranteed early check-in before 2 p.m. is provided in case of booking a room from the previous day and 100% payment for the overbooked period.

·   Payment for early arrival (from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and late check-out (from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m.) is equal to 50% of the day room rate. Early check-in is subject to availability.

·   Late check-out after 6 p.m. is paid at 100% of the room rate.

·   Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation of the reservation later than 24 hours before the arrival of the guest or not arriving within the specified period, the hotel has the right to charge the cost of the first night of stay (including all taxes).
