KazOil 2025 will be held at the five-star Rixos President Astana 5* hotel (Astana, 7 Kunaeva St.).

Participants of the event will be provided with a special rate for hotel accommodation from February 12 to 14, 2025.

Room information and booking conditions:

• The above rates are applicable for event participants only. The deadline for room reservations is December 1. After this date, room and rates will be confirmed subject to availability.

• The above rates are inclusive of 12% VAT.
• When booking a room, a confirmation number will be provided by the hotel.

The price includes:

• buffet breakfast,
• free entrance to the Hotel ANJANA SPA Wellness Center (gym, swimming pool, 3 types of sauna) for all staying guests;
• free wireless internet in the rooms and common guest areas of the hotel;
• parking lot
• Official check-in time: 14.00 h; official check-out time: 12.00 h the next day.
• Guaranteed early check-in before 14:00 is available in case of booking a room from the previous day and 100% payment for the rebooked period.
• Payment for early arrival (from 07:00 am to 14:00) and late check-out (from 12:00 noon to 18:00) is equal to 50% of the daily room rate. Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Late check-out after 18:00 is charged at 100% of the room rate.
• Cancellation Policy: in case of cancellation later than 24 hours prior to check-in or no-show within the specified period, the hotel has the right to charge the first night's stay (including all taxes).
