To date, Ukrainian market of flour milling products experiences rather difficult times. Millers often report about problems with flour and groats sales due to stagnation of demand, and also oversaturation of the market with the products offers. At the same time, the grain milling industry also operates with one commodity, which to date comes in great demand from consumers, and several millers still keep the course only due to working with the product.
