As of July 30, agrarians of Ukraine harvested nearly 27 mln tonnes of grains and pulses throughout 7.2 mln ha (48% of the plan) informed the press-service of the Ministry for Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture.
Generally, farmers harvested 28.8 mln tonnes of grains, pulses and rapeseed (+7.4 mln tonnes per week) throughout 8.1 mln ha.
In particular, agrarians harvested 18.3 mln tonnes of wheat throughout 4.8 mln ha (72%), 6.9 mln tonnes of barley throughout 1.9 mln ha (82%), 448 thds tonnes of peas throughout 197 thsd ha (85%).
Moreover, the harvesting campaign of rapeseed was carried throughout the areas of 845 thsd ha (75%), the production volumes reached 1.8 mln tonnes.
Particularly, farmers of Dnipropetrovsk oblast harvested 3.4 mln tonnes of crops throughout 926 thsd ha, Kharkov oblast – 3.1 mln tonnes throughout 674 thsd ha, Zaporizhia oblast – 2.9 mln tonnes throughout 844 thsd ha and Mykolayiv oblast – 2.5 mln tonnes throughout 868 thsd ha.
