As of November 5, farmers of Russia harvested grains and pulses throughout the areas of 46 mln ha (97.6% of the plan). The production volumes reached 134.7 mln tonnes of grains, with the average yield of 2.93 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
- wheat was harvested throughout 28.9 mln ha (99.5%). The output reached 87.8 mln tonnes.
- barley was harvested throughout 8.2 mln ha (98.8%). The output reached 22.1 mln tonnes.
- corn was harvested throughout 2.2 mln ha (80.5%). The output reached 11.4 mln tonnes.
- rice was harvested throughout 187.2 thsd ha (95.4%). The output reached 1.2 mln tonnes.
- sunflower seed was harvested throughout 8.2 mln ha (97.4%). The output reached 12.8 mln tonnes, with the yield of 1.57 t/ha.
- rapeseed was harvested throughout 1.4 mln ha (97.6%). The output reached 2.7 mln tonnes, with the yield of 1.89 t/ha.
- soybean was harvested throughout 2.4 mln ha (85.9%). The output reached 4.1 mln tonnes, with the yield of 1.69 t/ha.
- flaxseed was harvested throughout 48.4 thsd ha (94.8%).
