In the first ten days of August, Ukraine faced mainly hot and dry weather conditions. The level of sunshine duration to the soil surface varied within 113-137 hours, which exceeded the standard level for the reporting period in southern regions by 15-25 hours, and up 30-55 hours throughout the remaining territory of the country.
