In the first ten days of March 2016, faced very warm weather conditions, which contributed to intensive melting of snow. In the second of the reporting period, crop fields got freed of snow covering in southern raions of Smolensk, Kaluga oblasts and in northern raions of Lipetsk, Tambov and Saratov oblasts in 20-25 days earlier compared with the average long-term periods.
