and faced somewhat cold weather conditions, while the average daily temperature reduced by 2-5°C compared with the standard. In almost all raions, except for the extreme southern and southwestern raions of the territory, there was observed a snow covering with the depth varying within 1-15 cm (in Kirov oblast — to 20 cm).
