According to monitoring data from APK-Inform, wheat prices in Kazakhstan have increased this week. This is largely due to the fact that most of the grain has already been sold by producers, while those holding onto the remaining stocks are in no rush to sell and are setting higher asking prices.

As of April 16, demand prices for 3rd class wheat in Kazakhstan are ranging between 85,000 and 90,000 KZT per ton, while 4th class wheat is priced between 75,000 and 85,000 KZT per ton. This represents an increase of approximately 3,000-5,000 KZT per ton compared to last week.
