Ukraine has already exported almost 30 mln tonnes of grain in 2024/25 MY

As of March 7, Ukraine has exported 29.967 mln tonnes of grain and leguminous crops since the beginning of the 2024/25 MY, of which 850 thousand tons were shipped this month. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy with reference to operational data of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
It is specified that as of March 8 last year the total shipments amounted to 30.989 mln tonnes, including 1.319 mln tonnes in March.
In terms of crops since the beginning of the current season were exported:
- wheat - 12.234 mln tonnes (251,000 tons in March);
- barley - 2.128 mln tonnes (2 thousand tons);
- rye - 10.8 thousand tonnes (0);
- corn - 15.161 mln tonnes (594 thousand tons).
Total exports of Ukrainian flour since the beginning of the season as of March 7 are estimated at 49.3 thousand tonnes (0.8 thousand tons in March), including wheat flour - 45.5 thousand tonnes (0.8 thousand tons).
