According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, as of July 11, Ukraine harvested grains and pulses from a total area of 2.282 mln ha, yielding 8.41 mln tonnes of grain (3.361 mln tonnes a week earlier) with an average yield of 36.9 c/ha.
As before, the bulk of the harvested crop is wheat, which was harvested from 1.51 mln ha at 37.9 c/ha, and barley - 2.421 mln tonnes, harvested from 642.3 thsd ha at 37.7 c/ha. In addition, 260.9 thsd tonnes of peas were harvested from 127.3 thsd ha (yield - 20.5 c/ha) and 14 thsd tonnes of other grains and legumes from 2.9 thsd ha.
In addition, the harvesting of late grain crops has begun - the first 0.05 thsd ha of millet was threshed in Kherson region, yielding 0.05 thsd tonnes of grain (10 c/ha).
As for oilseeds, as of July 11, rapeseed was harvested on 499.6 thsd ha. The company harvested 1.085 mln tonnes of the oilseed with the yield of 21.7 c/ha. The soybean harvest remained unchanged over the week, with 0.15 thsd ha harvested, yielding 0.29 thsd tonnes of soybeans at 19.3 c/ha.
