According to APK-Inform monitoring data, this week the prices of oilseed flax on the Kazakh market are growing due to the limited number of offers.
As of January 15, the demand prices for flaxseed were reported in the range of 210-220 thsd tonnes, up 5-10 thsd tonnes on average compared with the previous week.
As APK-Inform reported earlier, according to the official statistics, as of January 1 of this year, the stocks of flaxseed in Kazakhstan were lower than last year's - at 627 thsd tonnes (against 786 thsd tonnes as of January 1, 24).
Trends in the oilseed market, in particular the flaxseed market, will be discussed during the international conference KazOil, which will be held on February 13 in Astana.
